ERBYB is committed to providing development opportunities for our existing and prospective coaches.  All of our coaches start from a different point in their knowledge and understanding of the game.  We will continue to develop training tools and programs to help you, as volunteers, be comfortable and confident in your coaching role.

All head coaches in our program (travel and house) will receive training and be certified as Trusted Coaches.  This 4-step certification process includes a background check, concussion, first aid and positive coaching training.  More information on the program can be found at www.trustedcoaches.org.   Parents can go on this website to verify their sons coach is a Trusted Coach.

At the start of each season, ERBYB has prepared coaches packets for all levels of the organization.  These packets include general organizational information, standard practice plans, position diagrams, rules, Pre-season team meeting agenda, and much more.  If you are assigned as a head coach and have not received your packet please email the House or Travel Director.
